24/7 assistance, 365 days a year, if the registered IA vehicle breaks down at home or at the roadside
Diagnosing and finding the fault with the vehicle.
Attempted repair of the fault.
If the vehicle can’t be successfully repaired at the roadside, a recovery to the nearest authorised repairer or, alternatively, to a destination of the Authorised Drivers choice, provided it is no further.
If the vehicle can’t be successfully repaired at the roadside, 48 consecutive hours’ replacement vehicle or public transport costs or overnight accommodation.
• Faults due to lack of routine maintenance.
• Recovery of more passengers than the eligible vehicle is legally able to carry (up to a max of 7).
• Transportation of livestock.
• Assistance in the event of an accident or vandalism.
• Assistance for the same or similar cause of breakdown attended by the AA in the previous 28 days (including running out of fuel or charge).
• Non-emergency repairs.
• Rallying, off-road driving or motor sports.
